We have offer and acceptance on a house in Ballard
Our new house is pictured below, we just have the inspection to go through and baring any major deficiencies we will be closing the deal on December 31st 2007. It has two small bedrooms one bath a huge kitchen and large garage shop area. I am extremely excited because this house is located so close to Ballard and Golden Garden's Park.
